It is an unfortunate fact that defects occur in the building from time to time. The most common defects are usually as a result of an aging system, climatic conditions, wear and tear of the building, but there are a significant number of issues that can be caused by inferior design or shoddy workmanship. As soon as we receive an inquiry about a site, we initiate our procedures from the Initial Site Report till starting operations on site to completion of work. Every client and site has a unique way of operations we as a company adapt our Operating Procedures to suit their needs. This ensures us to meet deadlines effectively.

Training

Induction Training for new employees, Skills and Promotional Training for employees giving an opportunity to rise in the rank. Motivational Training for seasoned employees to remain focused and energetic. A properly trained employee becomes more informed about procedures for various tasks. We conduct regular training to in crease consistency , increase productivity and ensure worker satisfaction while enabling the staff to provide improved quality of Services at reduced costs. Behavioral Safety & PPE use training for employees to do their job safely and efficiently. Grooming and Etiquettes are also crucial parts of the training that we conduct. Our employees are presented with certification for all the training attended.

Back Office Support

The back office team is responsible to upkeep records, utility drawing, plans, layouts and contract copies, legal documents relating to management and maintenance services. Daily Reports, Weekly Analysis are maintained here.Documentation, filing and other administrative work is maintained with the concerned team. The work at site goes on effectively due to the backoffice support. In situation of crisis, the team is always an option to assist whenever required.

We are constantly in process of finding innovative and refined ways in the cleaning processes with the use of new chemicals and their dilutions to get better results in the various sectors like regular cleaning, deep cleaning of Glass & ACP, along with Silicone sealant Filling. We define our processes with our SOP and manual.
